Daytime Care
4-hour minimum
Daytime support may include:

Hands-on newborn care

Feeding support (bottle feeding, breastfeeding, pumping, etc.)

Washing/sanitizing bottles and pump parts

Education (safe sleep practices, soothing, swaddling, bathing, burping, etc.)
-
Household tasks (dishes, laundry, tidying, nursery organization)

Meal prep
-
Postpartum recovery support
-
Emotional support
Overnight Care
8-hour minimum
​Overnight support may include:
-
Feeding support (bottle feeding, breastfeeding, pumping, etc.)
-
If breastfeeding: bring baby to you for feeds, then I will take care of burping, diapering, and settling baby back down

Soothing throughout the night

Establish developmentally appropriate nighttime routines
-
Washing/sanitizing bottles and pump parts once baby is settled
Virtual Consultations
1-hour minimum
